Creating The Right Balance With Chemistry - True BalanceThere is a saying that sums up the challenges of balancing act chemistry and putting something on the market that is truly something special. It says it better than I can say, that all chemistry needs in order to work is to change and passion for it.Our society and world have become the constant media driven fire drill. We have to watch in almost real time as to what and who is happening to us. Is the team doing a good job or is the company doing an amazing job?The most important thing for any of us to consider when putting a product on the market is our background shows any sign of conflict. Are they doing what they said they would do and what were promised? Are they doing their job in a manner that promotes safety, quality, or environment? The key is to get your company on the right track with respect to your major components, core competencies, and your goals. We must ask ourselves if we are doing the best we can do. Do we hav e the passion for a given task?We must have the passion, drive, passion and determination for chemistry to be successful. If you want the best outcome for any chemical activity then your company must develop the right foundation chemistry that is strong in the core competencies and focuses on the areas of best fit for your product. In any chemistry task, no matter what field it is, you must be aware of the limitations and knowledge that you have at any given time. Know the limitations of the tools and processes that you are using for development and allow your organization to do the best they can in the best interest of your company and the greater good.Have a well developed knowledge base of the chemistry that you are using in your organization. When you have knowledge of all the components in your organization then you will have all the ingredients necessary to be successful.
